2.3 Account Security

3. Age Restriction

4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This time may increase if a verification process is ongoing or additional security review is required. Withdrawn funds will only be sent to the payment method used for the most recent deposit.
4.4 Transaction Verification

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms
999 joya offers bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time. Each bonus has its own conditions, and failure to follow these conditions may result in the bonus being cancelled.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
A bonus is not "free" money — it is a conditional benefit. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
5.2 Other Promotions

5.3 Bonus Abuse
Using multiple accounts to gain bonus benefits, transferring bonuses between members of the same household, or attempting to obtain bonuses through any other dishonest means will result in the relevant accounts being cancelled and bonus funds being forfeited.
6. VIP Program
The 999 joya VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit, paid as a fixed percentage of the week's net losses.
- Bronze tier: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver tier: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold tier: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Weekly cashback is calculated on the net amount derived by subtracting total winnings from total losses for that week. For example: if a Silver tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

7. Gaming Rules
Each game has its own rules displayed in the game interface. Betting limits, payout rates, and other game-related matters are set out in the rules of the relevant game.
7.1 Technical Issues
If a technical fault occurs during a game session (disconnection, server issues, etc.), 999 joya reserves the right to review the result of that round. For incomplete game rounds, bets are generally refunded, though the rules of the relevant game provider may apply.
7.2 Responsible Betting

8. Account Suspension and Cancellation
999 joya reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

- Registration using false information
- Operating multiple accounts
- Bonus abuse or attempted fraud
- Failure to complete identity verification within the specified time
- Proven use of an account by a person under 21 years of age
- Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns
A proper investigation will be conducted before an account is cancelled. Legitimately deposited funds (excluding bonuses) are generally returned, but may be forfeited if fraud is established.
