Your account is upgraded automatically through regular play and deposits. The more actively you play, the faster you can move from Bronze to Silver and from Silver to Gold. 999 joya evaluates your tier based on your overall account activity — not any single specific condition.

Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week — that is, total losses minus total winnings. For example, if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback — which is the maximum rate for that tier.

In addition to up to 1.2% weekly cashback, Gold tier members receive faster withdrawal processing, special gifts and dedicated support from 999 joya. Gold members also get first access to new promotions and tournaments — which are generally not available to Bronze or Silver tier members.

No, cashback at 999 joya is credited automatically to eligible members' accounts. It is calculated at the end of each week and added to the balance within the next business day. No form or code is required — just keep playing actively.

Yes, with a multi-bet you can add multiple selections to a single slip and all odds are multiplied together to calculate the total return. For example: three selections at decimal 1.40 × 1.50 × 1.60 = 3.36 — so a ৳100 bet returns ৳336 if all selections win. However, if any one selection loses, the entire ৳100 stake is lost.

Decimal odds are straightforward — multiply the bet amount by the odds to get the total return (including stake). For example: Team A odds 1.80, Team B odds 2.00 — a ৳500 bet on Team B returns ৳1,000 if Team B wins (৳500 profit). If Team A wins, the full ৳500 is lost.

The most popular cricket betting markets at 999 joya are: match winner, toss result, time of first wicket, top run scorer, total innings runs (over/under) and man of the match. Limited-overs matches have no draw — so the markets are straightforward and easy to follow.
